JDTECHNOLOGY’s main office is based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. Free shipping is offered within Metro Manila for orders with a minimum purchase of PHP 50,000.00. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, shipping fees shall be subject to the rates of the third-party delivery carrier. Nationwide free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase of PHP 500,000.00.

Reminders: The majority of our orders are expected to arrive within four (4) to ten (10) working days from the date the order is placed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on local delivery routes, applicable restrictions, and peak seasons.

All products are packaged with utmost care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, for warranty-related claims, a continuous video recording of the unboxing process is required to enable proper documentation and processing of reports and warranty claims.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a standard 7-day free return policy for defective items only, allowing you to return any such product within this period for a full refund. Products with return periods exceeding seven (7) days will be handled by their respective brand’s official service center. Please refer to the authorized service center links below.
